What does it cost?

You don't pay build costs up front, but one amount per month. That covers hosting, maintenance, upkeep and support. What the amount is depends on what we build and how heavily it runs; it's in the proposal you get after the intake, before we start. There are deliberately no figures on this site — a price without your process attached is a guess.

What's included in that monthly fee?

The software itself, the servers it runs on, updates and security, and help when you run into something. No separate invoice for maintenance and no hourly billing for a question.

Question 3

Who owns the software, and who owns my data?

Accepted Answer

The data, designs and settings inside it are and stay yours; you get them in a common format whenever you ask. The source code and infrastructure stay ours — you hold the right to use them for as long as the arrangement runs. That's exactly why you pay no build costs up front.

Question 4

What if I want to stop?

Then we stop. Whatever was agreed about term and notice is in your proposal and in our terms; we don't put a period on this page, because that belongs to your agreement and not to a marketing text. At the end you get your data and files, and we hand over properly.

Question 5

Will it work with our current systems?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. We connect to what's already there: your ERP, your bookkeeping, your webshop, your CAD files or simply the folder with exports. If your system has an interface we use it; if it doesn't, we work with the files that come out of it. During the intake we work out which of the two it'll be — that makes a difference to the work.

How soon is there something?

We build in short rounds. After the first round there's already something you can try yourself: not finished, but genuinely working. From there you steer it per round. How many rounds it takes and what you get when is in the proposal — that depends too much on your process to put a number of weeks on it here.

Question 7

Do I have to handle servers or technology myself?

Accepted Answer

No. We take care of hosting, updates, backups and security. You use the software; the technology underneath is our problem.

What kind of businesses do you build for?

Accepted Answer

Small and mid-sized manufacturers: production, construction and supply. If you have a process that's the same every week, or one where mistakes slip in easily — recalculating quotes, retyping orders, converting drawings, systems that won't talk to each other — we'll gladly take a look.

What if I want to add something later?

Small adjustments run along with the upkeep. If it's genuinely new work, we discuss what that means for your monthly fee before we start. You'll never be surprised by your invoice.

What happens if you stop doing this?

Accepted Answer

A fair question to ask a small company. We put in writing up front what happens then: a notice period on our side, a proper handover, and your data and files in a common format. If you want to continue with another supplier, we'll help them get up to speed.

Question 11

How secure is it, and what about the GDPR?

Our systems run inside the EU and every client is isolated at database level — your data is never pooled with anyone else's. When we look in to help, we can only do so read-only, and it's logged. Arrangements about personal data go into a data processing agreement; what we keep and for how long is set out in our privacy statement.
