What we build, and how we go about it.
Customer stories go up here only when they're real and the customer is happy to be named. Until then, here's how we work and what we have built so far.
First things first
No made-up customer names here
A case is only a case when there's a customer behind it who wants to be named, with real figures. That takes time, and as long as we don't have that permission we'd rather write nothing than something that merely sounds good.
So what follows isn't a customer story but our way of working per form, with the examples we have already built.
How we go about it
Four forms, the same route
What we build differs per company; the order doesn't. We start with the manual work that's there today, build the smallest piece that already helps, and then put it into production.

Configurators
Your customer puts together what they want and sees right away what it becomes and what it costs.
- We go through your price list and your options: where is the choice, and where is the calculation?
- We build the smallest working version on your own site, in your own colours.
- What comes out fits your workshop — no request you still have to translate.

Automations
The manual work that comes back every week is done by the software from now on.
- We write down what happens by hand today, step by step, and who does what.
- We take over the step that happens most often and pays off least.
- You keep the exceptions: the software handles the rule, you handle the rest.

Integrations
Two systems that didn't know each other now keep each other up to date.
- We look at which data is retyped today, and where that goes wrong.
- We connect one direction first, so you can see quickly whether it's right.
- Then the rest, with a log so you can check what came through.

Dashboards & insight
One screen with the figures you currently walk a lap for.
- We start with the question you ask in the morning, not with the data that happens to exist.
- We pull the figures from where they already are — no second administration.
- The screen stays small: what you don't look at, we take off again.
